Liveaboard Boat Life
Episode 18 | After last week’s rough trip through 6-foot seas, I (Steph) was hoping for an easier time on this trip! The waves weren’t as big, but that’s not what made this time different.
Join us as we continue settling into full-time life aboard our Marlow 70E motor yacht, Lōkahi II. From successful anchoring and docking on our own to enjoying steak nights like we used to, exploring by dinghy, tackling a few boat projects, and returning to our peaceful anchorage in Madeira Beach, this episode is all about growing confidence (mostly Steph!) and embracing the liveaboard lifestyle.
In this episode:
• Steph recovers and gains more confidence after rough seas
• Jeff tackles the SeaWater Pro valve and TDS monitor projects
• Steak & wine night aboard
• Flybridge freezer and canvas cover repairs
• Lunch via dinghy
• Tracking down a leak in the third stateroom
• Pulling anchor and returning to the Gulf
• Anchoring in beautiful Madeira Beach
If you enjoy boating adventures, cruising, liveaboard life, trawlers, motor yachts, and travel by water, we’d love to have you along for the journey. Be sure to like, subscribe, and join us as we continue exploring one anchorage at a time.
